Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aiteam (aite.am), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

aiteam provides an AI adoption management platform including readiness assessments, agent governance, adoption metrics, AI consulting, and compliance tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate company email information. Personal email providers are not accepted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable VAT. Stripe Tax handles VAT calculation automatically. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

aiteam retains all rights to the platform, its features, documentation, and AI-generated content templates. Your organisation's data remains yours. AI-generated deliverables customised for your organisation belong to you.

6. Data Handling

Your data is stored in EU-based infrastructure (Supabase EU region). We process data in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details. AI Consultant conversations are not used to train AI models.

7. Limitation of Liability

aiteam provides the platform 'as is'. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations. The AI Consultant provides advisory guidance, not professional legal, financial, or compliance advice.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 30 days' notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
